With Basic Install, you pick and choose the exact support you need: configuration and setup, reporting, troubleshooting, training or something else? Ordering your Rock support “a la carte” may be a bit pricier but works for churches who can operate Rock independently.

This package—also customizable—includes full-service, ongoing support for all Rock-related needs. Our Total Care option guarantees you are never without the expertise and assistance of a Rock developer. Prices for Total Care options are based on your church's size at the time of integration. However, our prices WILL NOT increase as your church grows!
