One church, one big idea
Mike and Laura Roth have always been passionate about helping churches use technology to better serve their communities.
While helping their local church navigate technology challenges, Mike discovered Rock RMS during the search for a church management platform that could truly support ministry. Its flexibility and ministry-first approach inspired a vision that extended far beyond one church.
That vision led Mike and Laura to found Divine Tech Systems, with a simple mission: help churches leverage technology to strengthen ministry and better serve the people they reach.
A shared mission
At the same time, Alexis Smith was serving churches through her own Rock RMS consulting company, helping ministries implement, optimize, and extend the platform to meet their unique needs.
As they worked with churches across the country, it became clear they shared the same values, the same passion for ministry, and the same commitment to helping churches succeed.
In 2026, the two companies joined forces, bringing together decades of experience and deep Rock RMS expertise under one team.
Today, Divine Tech Systems is led by Mike Roth, Laura Roth, and Alexis Smith. Together, we partner with churches to build technology solutions that support ministry, strengthen relationships, and create lasting impact.
