One-time onboarding: $1000 for Core/Enhanced. No setup fee for Edge.

Clear boundaries: the Bedrock Edge fee covers the watching — monitoring, alerting, and reporting; when an alert fires, response time bills to your Total Care hours. Core & Enhanced include incident response. Custom Lava, plugin work, and Rock version upgrades stay on your DTS retainer. Enhanced’s CDN/WAF traffic is included at typical church volumes. Azure consumption for hosted environments (servers, storage, bandwidth) is billed by Microsoft directly; the Bedrock fee is a management fee. Fees are per production environment.
