What comes standard with the out-of-the-box app?
A branded homepage, sermon library with notes and save-for-later, prayer requests, group finder, serve signups, and account management are all included from day one — no add-on pricing to unlock them.
How quickly can we be live?
The out-of-the-box app is typically ready in 2–3 weeks. A custom build usually runs 6–8 weeks, depending on how many features and integrations you're asking for.
Does our data live in two places?
No — the app is built directly on top of Rock, not bolted on beside it. Update content in Rock and it shows up in the app right away, with nothing to re-enter in a separate system.
Do we need to be on a specific Rock version?
You'll need Rock 16.7 or newer. If you're behind that, we can fold the upgrade into your implementation so it's one project instead of two.
Is App Factory a separate cost on top of this?
App Factory itself is a required, attendance-based fee no matter who builds your app — it doesn't change based on which vendor you pick, so choosing DTS doesn't add anything extra there.
Who handles App Store and Google Play submission?
We’ll help you manage everything from account setup through publishing. From there, DTS will handle the ongoing review process, saving you the time and effort of navigating Apple and Google’s submission requirements.
Will Chat and Push Notifications cost extra?
You pay Rock's standard pass-through rate for both — the same price you'd pay going direct. We don't mark it up.
